The process is tailored to your current needs and goals. This time is reserved for you and your personal growth.

Many factors impact families and each person plays a role in how the family works together. This process gives each individual member the space to tell their story and brings family members together to share, process and plan how to move forward.

Parenting support

Parent Counselling

Parent counselling is helpful during those moments where there is a need to pause and check-in. In some cases, a brief number of parent counselling sessions are the most effective route to meaningful change in a family. This is particularly the case in families with young children (aged 0-6 years), and/or where parents identify a block from their personal or past lives.

Child and Adolescent Counselling

We also meet individually with children and teens on a wide variety of issues including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, school issues, relationship issues and coping with life transitions and changes. Sessions are focused on building strengths and coping skills, so they master managing their feelings.

Ongoing communication and feedback with parents and caregivers is an integral component of our approach. In order to sustain changes, gains made in therapy sessions require practice and support at home.

In response to COVID-19, only remote or telephone sessions are available.

Group work

Meeting with a group to focus on an area or need can be a supportive and helpful process. Each group runs between specific dates and will be advertised on the website and instagram.
