The 3rd and final entry to the series…a little late. I am also a working mom and with the pandemic and life, well, there were some interruptions. This entry focuses on validation with some tips on how to start.

This is the second of three posts that focuses on kids not wanting to attend school during the times of COVID. Part 2 highlights how the emotions we experience influence the decisions we make and how this connects to parenting.

We have all been parented in different ways and rarely have our emotions and needs been met 100% of the time. We are influenced by these earlier experiences and many times have to reparent ourselves.
